A member of Spencer Stuart’s Leadership Advisory Services team, Brad Nabors advises clients on leadership development, executive coaching, organizational culture and succession planning. He brings a wealth of experience in international business with more than 25 years working across functions, cultures and borders in diverse industries including building materials, pulp and paper, technology and telecom and electric power.
Global leadership and cross-functional expertise
Before joining Spencer Stuart, Brad worked for the Samling Group, a Malaysian conglomerate, where he opened Samling’s Russian office and negotiated the Group’s initial investments and joint ventures in Russia.
Previously, Brad was an engagement manager and professional development manager for the Americas Organization Practice at McKinsey & Company in Houston. At McKinsey he advised clients on performance transformation, people and culture integration, operations improvement and corporate center initiatives across a variety of functions and industries.
Brad began his career in the forestry industry, opening a forest products trading office in St. Petersburg, Russia; leading a financial turnaround of Russia’s largest paper manufacturer; and co-founding a trader-management technology company for the paper industry based in Munich, Germany.
Brad received his bachelor’s degree in organizational communication from Texas State University and a Master of Business Administration from Stanford Graduate School of Business. Brad is proficient in Russian and has worked in Russia, Malaysia, Finland, Germany and South Africa.
