Global leadership and expertise
- Brad has more than 25 years of experience leading international partnerships, joint ventures and acquisitions and advising clients in diverse industries, including private equity, technology, consumer and real estate.
- Before joining Spencer Stuart, Brad worked for the Samling Group, a Malaysian conglomerate, sourcing and leading the Group’s investments and joint ventures in Eastern Europe. Previously, Brad worked for McKinsey & Company, where he advised clients on performance transformation, operations improvement and capital productivity.
- Brad began his career as an entrepreneur in St. Petersburg, Russia, later leading a financial turnaround of Russia’s largest paper manufacturer and co-founding a trader-management technology company based in Munich, Germany.
Brad received his bachelor’s degree in organizational communication from Texas State University and an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Brad is proficient in Russian and has worked in Russia, Malaysia, Finland, Germany and South Africa.
