Since joining Spencer Stuart in 2010, she has worked on numerous board and C-level assignments at the intersection of services, information and technology, including senior executive positions within analytics and information services (fintech, adtech, martech), business services (legal and human capital management) and business process outsourcing organizations. Her search work also includes operating partners and portfolio support teams within private equity.

Before joining Spencer Stuart, Blair worked for 15 years in banking, real estate and professional services, where she gained expertise in investing, due diligence, investor relations, lending, capital markets and financial structuring. Her most recent role was director of investments and capital markets at CarrAmerica Realty Corporation.

Blair earned her MBA from the University of Chicago, and a Bachelor of Arts in art history from Northwestern University.
