Building out the private equity practice with robust experience
- Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Betsy led the consumer practice for an executive recruiting firm specializing in the private equity sector.
- Her experience as a practice leader and leadership adviser in the consumer industry spans food & beverage, beauty & personal care, health & wellness, durables, multisite consumer services and e-commerce enablement, among others.
- Betsy started her career as a private equity lender and worked in the financial sponsor group at Deutsche Bank and, later, GE Capital.
She holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in statistics & biometry from Cornell University.
