Based in London, Ben specializes in finance leadership advisory projects for public and private multinational companies and private equity-backed portfolio companies across the UK and internationally. This includes executive search as well as broader finance leadership assessment and development.

- Ben has particularly deep experience in working with consumer-facing, healthcare and B2B companies operating across the world. In addition to group CFOs, he also leads the recruitment and assessment of other finance leaders, including group controllers, treasurers, heads of investor relations, heads of audit and divisional finance directors.
- Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Ben worked for a boutique search firm, where he focused on the professional services industry.
Ben graduated from Newcastle University with a first-class degree in history. Ben is a keen outdoorsman and when not in the office can be found in the countryside trying, in vain, to perfect his fly fishing technique.
