Anthony Laudico is the founder of Spencer Stuart’s global Digital Practice, and is also a member of the Private Equity and North American Board, Technology, Health and CEO practices. Anthony has recruited more than 200 senior-level digital and technology executives across multiple industries, geographies and functions.
A former senior executive in the technology and digital industry, Anthony is adept at advising companies and boards on the leadership challenges and opportunities brought about by digital transformation. He has authored a number of articles on the leadership implications of digital in various industries and geographies, most recently a series on Seizing the Internet of Things Opportunity, and is a frequent speaker at digital conferences, including The Chief Digital Officer Global Forum and ChannelAdvisor’s Catalyst Americas Conference.

- Anthony has more than 20 years of international experience in the digital media and technology industries. His clients have included Wal-Mart, Neiman Marcus, Mars, Novartis, Humana, Kate Spade, Fanatics, Wayfair, Wells Fargo, ACE Group, Choice Hotels, Rue La La, Saks, TJ Maxx, Provide Commerce, Weight Watchers, Michaels Stores, OfficeMax and many others.
- Previously, Anthony was the operating partner for software and technology for SV Investment Partners, a New York-based private equity firm. In this capacity, he assisted in the purchase of IDS, the leading provider of software to the leasing industry, and served as the company’s interim chief operating officer and chief executive officer. He also served on the IDS board of directors and was part of the Schroder portfolio review committee.
- From 2000 to 2002, Anthony was the president and COO of digital marketing and strategy services provider AGENCY.COM. Prior to that, he was president and CEO of Muze, one of the world’s leading providers of entertainment-related data services.
- Earlier in his career, Anthony served in a variety of international business roles at Microsoft Corporation, including director of international business, based in Tokyo, and director of systems marketing for Asia Pacific, based in Sydney. In all, he has worked in more than 30 countries around the world.
Anthony has a B.S. in electrical engineering from Columbia University and an M.B.A. in finance from New York University.
