Ann Yerger is a senior adviser to the North American Board Practice. With more than 20 years of experience at the Council of Institutional Investors, including 10 as executive director, Ann brings deep corporate governance experience to her client work. Ann has served on the Investor Advisory Committee of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the Investor Advisory Group of the Public Accounting Oversight Board and the Nasdaq Listing and Hearing Review Council.
She currently is an independent director of Bed Bath & Beyond and the Hershey Entertainment and Resorts Company. She also serves as an independent member of the Grant Thornton Audit Quality Council.
