Known for his commercial acumen and direct approach, he focuses on senior-level assignments, team lift-outs, organizational design and succession planning within public and private markets.
Over a distinguished career spanning more than two decades in retained executive search, marketing and business development, Andrew has earned a reputation as a trusted adviser to CEOs, institutional boards and senior management teams across the globe. Within the global financial landscape, his strategic counsel is highly sought after for senior-level assignments, team lift-outs, organizational design and leadership succession planning.
Deep sector insight and advisory leadership
- Prior to joining the firm, Andrew spent nearly a decade at a global executive search firm, where he served as senior partner specializing in asset and investment management and built a substantial, highly accountable practice, spearheading major multi-year hiring programs, including strategic build-outs for large investment platforms.
- Previously, Andrew expanded his global client exposure and advised senior leadership teams within asset and investment management as a managing director at another executive search consultancy.
- Earlier in his career, he was a partner and managing director with Warren International, a boutique executive search firm focused on team lift-outs and searches for the buy-side of the asset management industry.
- Andrew also spent his formative professional years in global sales and business development leadership roles, including serving as director of sales at Restricted Stock Systems and global sales manager at French optics firm Jobin Yvon.
Andrew received an A.B. in molecular biology from Princeton University.
