Ana M. Rhea is a member of Spencer Stuart’s Business & Professional Services and Technology, Media & Telecommunications practices. Operating out of the firm’s Washington, D.C. office, Ana has deep experience in the professional services, management consulting and information technology sectors, with much of her work centered on helping to identify CEOs, managing partners and other executive-level leaders.

A career in consulting and information technology

  • Ana joined Spencer Stuart from another global executive search firm, where she led the professional and IT services practice globally and executed searches for consulting and IT services leaders across all industries. She also focused on searches for functional consulting leaders who specialize in corporate strategy and operations, mergers and acquisitions, financial officer advisory, information technology advisory, marketing and sales, customer management, supply chain, and outsourcing.
  • Prior to entering the executive search field, Ana spent 20 years in the consulting industry. At BearingPoint, she was the global managing director and vice president of the customer management practice, which spanned four continents. Before joining BearingPoint, she was a partner with KPMG LLP, where she was a leader in the firm’s customer value management practice. Earlier, Ana served as a systems engineer and consulting practice leader at IBM Global Services.
  • Ana has been featured as a consulting industry leader in Consulting Magazine, InformationWeek and on CNBC’s World Business Review .

Ana holds an M.B.A. with a concentration in finance from the University of Miami and a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of Florida.
