Amey is a graduate of the University of Georgia, where he earned a B.S. in psychology and an M.S. and Ph.D. in behavior and brain sciences. His graduate school research focused on the flow state (i.e., being “in the zone”) with athletes and artists. Drawing on these principles, Amey is a coach to executives on how to achieve peak performance both professionally and personally.
