- Alvaro joined Spencer Stuart in 2015, previously, was a senior consultant with another global executive search firm, focusing on the banking and insurance sectors.
- Prior to his career in executive search, Álvaro worked as sales trader on the fixed income desk of Banco Santander, covering EMEA clients.
Álvaro earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Universidad CEU San Pablo and an MBA from IESE Business School.
