Based in London, Alex is a consultant within Spencer Stuart’s global Insurance Practice. He has experience with leading a wide range of executive search, succession planning and market research projects, focusing across UK and international markets.
Extensive experience recruiting across the financial sector
- Alex has helped some of the leading public and private companies recruit CEOs, divisional managing directors, chief underwriting officers and distribution leaders, as well as broader functional leaders.
- He has worked across all facets of the insurance sector, including retail, savings & retirement, property & casualty and reinsurance markets, for a range of distributors, carriers and banks.
- Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Alex was part of the founding team of a boutique executive search firm specializing in recruiting executives across financial services where he led their insurance practice.
Alex is a graduate of the University of Durham, where he gained a BSc in combined social sciences, majoring in politics, economics and business. In addition, Alex is an accredited Hogan personality assessment practitioner.
