Aaron is a trustee for Educational Records Bureau (ERB) and Private School Axis. He was a founding board member of the Los Angeles Administrators of Color in Independent Schools and a member of the Los Angeles Association of Independent School Admission Directors board. He also serves as an advisory board member for Career Spring, a networking and job placement platform for first-generation/low-income students.
