Based in Sao Paulo, Raquel brings a global perspective to her client work.
Experienced executive assessor with a lens on culture
- In addition to her leadership assessment and development work, Raquel advises clients in Brazil on organizational design and culture and to enhance board effectiveness.
- Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Raquel worked for an international executive search and management consulting firm.
- Previously, she worked for a Sao Paulo-based law firm, where she was the executive and personal assistant to a Chinese expatriate in Brazil, serving clients in the firm’s Asia Desk department.
- Raquel began her career as a Portuguese, English and French translator and proofreader.
Raquel earned a bachelor’s degree in translation, with an emphasis in English and French, from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and specialization in Business Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas.
