Michael Milad, Ph.D., J.D., M.B.A., focuses on CEO succession, C-level executive development, senior team effectiveness, board effectiveness and organizational culture. A licensed psychologist with a dual Ph.D. in industrial/organizational and clinical psychology, he has insight into the dynamics of effective leaders and the impact on business performance.
Expert in leadership, psychology, and business
Michael provides leadership consulting at the organizational, team and individual levels. He actively consults with leadership teams and corporate boards to maximize their effectiveness. He also helps enable organizational transformation by aligning culture with strategy. In addition, he partners one-on-one with senior leaders to help them reach their optimal level of influence and impact.
Michael has held a number of senior executive leadership roles during his nearly 20-year career with Daimler AG/DaimlerChrysler. Operating as a general manager, he led major operations approximating a Fortune 200 organization P&L. He also served as chief of staff to the previous CEO of Daimler AG/Mercedes-Benz.
In addition to his doctorate degree from San Diego’s Alliant University/California School of Professional Psychology, Michael holds a J.D. from the University of Detroit and earned his M.B.A. and B.A. from Michigan State University. He received leadership and alumni achievement awards from the Automotive Hall of Fame and Michigan State University. Michael is a recipient of Spencer Stuart’s prestigious Lou Rieger Quality Award for outstanding client service.
