Based in Atlanta, Kevin McGonigle is a consultant in Spencer Stuart’s Leadership Advisory Services. Kevin helps companies navigate complex leadership and organizational challenges by leveraging his expertise in executive assessment and development, cultural and organizational transformations, and process improvement. Over the past 29 years, he has served clients on five continents, including some of the most prominent Fortune 500 companies, private equity firms, and family-controlled businesses in the telecommunications, high tech, financial services, healthcare, consumer goods, and industrial sectors.
- Before joining Spencer Stuart, Kevin was the head of global talent assessment and talent acquisition for Altisource Portfolio Solutions, a $1bnreal estate and property management company with operations on four continents. Kevin recruited and managed a team that developed competency models, assessment diagnostics, and predictive analytics for the Company.
- Prior to Altisource, he led the Georgia market for Newport Board Group, a nationwide consulting firm helping mid-sized private and public companies to improve business performance through C-suite and Board advisory work.
- Kevin previously spent twelve years as a consultant with two major human capital consulting firms, including co-founding and leading a global executive assessment practice for a leading international company. Over the twelve years, Kevin served some of the most prominent corporations globally, having led leadership assessment, top team effectiveness, and cultural transformations for clients on five continents.
- He began his career in strategy and operations consulting with A.T. Kearney. Ober seven years, Kevin focused on process reengineering and strategy development engagements for leading clients in financial services, retail, heavy manufacturing, and logistics companies in Europe and North America.
Kevin received his Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Strategy and Finance from The Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College. Previously, he earned a B.A. in chemistry and political science from Williams College.
