Kevin McGonigle is a consultant in Spencer Stuart’s Leadership Advisory Services team and is based in the firm’s Atlanta office. Kevin is a proven expert in executive and organizational assessment, particularly for M&A due diligence, C-suite succession planning and corporate leadership transitions. He serves clients in a wide range of industry sectors, including telecommunications, high tech, financial services, healthcare and industrial.

Professional background

  • Before joining Spencer Stuart, Kevin was the head of global talent assessment and talent acquisition for Altisource Portfolio Solutions, a real estate and property management company with operations on four continents. Kevin recruited and managed a team that developed competency models, assessment diagnostics, and predictive analytics for the company-wide talent assessment group.
  • Prior to this work, he led the Atlanta practice group for a nationwide consulting firm that helped mid-sized private and small public companies navigate change and improve business performance through leadership advisory, board advisory and knowledge sharing.
  • Kevin previously spent more than 10 years working as a consultant with several large search and human capital consulting firms. He co-founded and led the management assessment practice for one executive search firm, creating a global team that completed C-suite executive assessments.

Kevin received his Master of Business Administration from Dartmouth College. He graduated from Williams College with a B.A. in chemistry and political science.
