Katsuya Tsujishita is a member of Spencer Stuart’s Leadership Advisory Services team. He brings more than 20 years of experience in human resources as a senior HR director and consultant. He has advised multinationals and Japanese companies on executive assessment, leadership development, and organization culture change and performance management.
A focus on executive assessment, leadership development and organizational culture
- Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Katsuya led HR, legal, investor relations and general affairs for TASAKI & Co. for seven years.
- Previously, as a consultant with IBM Japan, he was responsible for executive development, assessment and coaching of leaders and high-potential talent. He also advised on HR strategy and planning.
- Katsuya was a director with another international executive search firm, where he focused on executive assessment, talent development, compensation schemes and HR processes.
- Katsuya has held numerous HR leadership and consulting roles at organizations including Aon-Hewitt, MUFJ Research and Consulting, and Bain & Company. He began his career at the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries.
Katsuya holds an M.B.A. from University of Manchester and a B.A. from Hitotsubashi University.
