She combines business focus and pragmatism with deep psychological insight to create lasting positive impact on individuals and organisations. - Before joining Spencer Stuart, Katja worked for Kiddy & Partners and YSC, two leadership consultancies in London, where she was responsible for managing key client relationships and leading global and pan-European engagements for FTSE100/Fortune 500 multinationals.
- She also worked with private equity firms, helping them to enhance the effectiveness of portfolio company executive teams and accelerating the development of their own talent.
- Prior to her career in leadership consulting, Katja spent 10 years in HR leadership roles with blue-chip companies in technology, consumer electronics and financial services.
Katja earned a Master of Science in psychology from the University of Cologne, and she holds post graduate diplomas in systemic consulting and executive coaching. She is an ICF accredited executive coach. A German national with extensive international work experience, Katja speaks fluent German and English, and conversational French and Dutch.
