- Jessica has more than 20 years of broad industry experience, including finance, retail, technology, manufacturing, mining and natural resources, energy, pharmaceutical, professional services and nonprofit sectors.
- Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Jessica was a partner with an international management consulting company and a senior consultant for Toronto-based Knightsbridge Human Capital.
- Jessica began her career as an independent consultant, where she developed and implemented large-scale, multi-stage selection systems based on functional job analysis for various clients in the energy and municipal government sectors.
Jessica earned a Ph.D. in industrial/organizational psychology from the University of Guelph. She is a registered psychologist with the College of Psychologists of Ontario.
