Jean Chiswick is a key member of Spencer Stuart’s Retail, Consumer, Financial Services and Private Equity practices. Passionate about advising individuals and organizations about leadership, she has more than 20 years’ experience in C-suite leadership assessment and succession. Jean also leads the Financial Officer Practice across Asia Pacific and brings expertise in appointing finance, risk and governance leaders in publicly listed, multinational, private equity and private sector companies across industries.
Extensive global search and leadership advisory experience
- Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Jean led Talent Acquisition at Philips Limited, where she was responsible for the organisation’s talent acquisition strategy and operations across Australia and New Zealand.
- Earlier in her career, Jean was at a global executive search firm as a core member of its financial services, government and finance practices. Additionally, she led in-house talent management programs at Diageo and as a consultant at AAPT and American Express.
Jean earned her Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from the University of New South Wales. She is also a recipient of the firm’s Lou Reiger Quality award.
