Jean Chiswick leads Spencer Stuart’s functional practices and Financial Officer Practice across the Asia Pacific region. With more than 20 years’ experience in C-suite leadership assessment and succession, she advises organisations on critical finance, risk and governance appointments across listed, multinational, private equity-backed and private companies. Jean’s work extends beyond the Financial Officer Practice to include CEO, C-suite and board search and succession, drawing on deep sector experience across retail, consumer, health and private equity.
Extensive cross-border search and talent advisory experience
- At Spencer Stuart, Jean has advised on nearly 70 ASX chief financial officer succession assignments.
- Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, she led talent acquisition for Philips across Australia and New Zealand, overseeing talent acquisition strategy and operations across both markets.
- Earlier, Jean worked with a global executive search firm across its financial services, government and financial officer practices and held talent management and consulting roles with Diageo, AAPT and American Express.
Jean earned her Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from the University of New South Wales. She is also a recipient of Spencer Stuart’s Lou Reiger Quality Award, recognizing excellence in client service.
