Daniel is a consultant in Spencer Stuart’s London office and provides leadership advisory services to clients across industries, with a focus on executive assessment. Drawing on more than 20 years of professional services experience, Daniel advises clients across industries on identifying and developing top talent, and building effective leadership teams.

Professional services and HR experience

  • Before joining Spencer Stuart, Daniel was a partner at the international law firm Baker & McKenzie, where he provided expertise on sensitive and complex people issues, including in the context of restructurings and M&A activities. He advised clients across industries, from startups to Fortune 25 companies, with a particular focus on the technology, media and telecommunications, pharma, energy and professional services sectors.
  • In his role as partner, Daniel was responsible for lawyer development, graduate recruitment and diversity.
  • Daniel has spent time in industry on secondment with Accenture and Goldman Sachs. He has worked in London, Chicago and Silicon Valley.

Daniel holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Oxford University, and a diploma in legal practice from Nottingham Law School. He volunteers at the London-based charity, The Listening Place.
