  • Amanda spent 25 years at Microsoft leading global teams across marketing, sales and strategy, with oversight of billion-dollar revenue and spend.
  • During her tenure as an engineering leader, she oversaw the launch of many versions of software and was on the leadership team of Microsoft’s first cloud products.
  • As CMO, she led high-growth global businesses and gained firsthand understanding of what exceptional leadership looks like at scale.

Before her career in search, Amanda worked in marketing and advertising roles and has experienced the executive search process from multiple perspectives: as a client, as a Spencer Stuart placement herself and now as a consultant. This combined experience gives her insight into how executive roles operate in enterprise environments and how leadership teams collaborate effectively.

Amanda serves on the Board of Counsellors for Oxford College of Emory University and formerly served on the Board of Directors for Advertising Week. She holds a B.A. in psychology and communications from Emory University.
