He is a core member of Spencer Stuart’s Industrial Practice, based in Europe and supporting internationally as needed. Additionally, he brings extensive experience in the professional services sector. His work experience covers Europe, the United States and the Middle East.

- Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Alex was a partner and managing director at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he was the Western European practice leader for process industries and the global client partner for an international chemicals company.
- At BCG, he was also the partner in charge of talent acquisition for the company’s Brussels office, and he served as a member of the firm’s European recruiting leadership team.
- In addition to the process industries, Alex has worked extensively with European institutions, including several projects related to the modernization of European airspace.
- He also has launched new management consulting activities in a new country, and he was the co-founder of an online platform-based start-up.
Alex holds an M.B.A. from INSEAD, a Master of Engineering from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science in computer science from the University of Southern California. He is fluent in English and French.
