Spencer Stuart welcomes Claus Fischer to its Frankfurt office

FRANKFURT, January 1, 2026 — Spencer Stuart today announced that Claus Fischer has joined the firm’s Consumer Practice as a Consultant in the Frankfurt office with experience recruiting transformational leaders across the consumer, retail, luxury and hospitality sectors. Fischer will focus on senior executive and board searches for leading companies across Europe and beyond. He will also advise both global corporations and family-owned enterprises on leadership succession and transformation in his role at the firm.

Fischer brings great experience in the retail, luxury and apparel sector, having led the global retail and luxury practice for many years at another global executive search firm, where he worked on assignments across these industries as well as in the broader consumer space. Prior to that role, Fischer spent 15 years in international management positions in the food industry, including brand manufacturers, private label producers, and B2B food ingredient suppliers. He was once a member of the marketing and sales practice at McKinsey & Co., overseeing customer activation projects across industries.
