Spencer Stuart welcomes Alexandra Durnford to its London office in key Leadership Advisory Services role

LONDON, January 5, 2026 — Well-known as an experienced leadership performance coach and communications expert, Spencer Stuart is pleased to welcome Alexandra Durnford to its Leadership Advisory Services. Durnford will be based in the firm’s London office, and will focus on leadership coaching and performance, top team effectiveness, communication and conflict resolution. She has a strong background in corporate crisis and reputation management and conflict resolution, and is distinctive for combining her technical expertise in corporate crisis communication across sectors including healthcare, energy and finance.

Alexandra founded Byron & Wilf, an executive coaching and mediation practice with a global client base, focusing on leadership coaching for CEOs, C-suites and top teams in professional services, private equity, healthcare and media. Additionally, she served as a partner at crisis management and communications consultancy Regester Larkin (now Deloitte), advising clients on their corporate crisis and issues response strategies. She has worked extensively with CEOs, business leaders, economists, academics and scientists in her career, and is a member of faculty at Meyler Campbell, Alexandra is a qualified business coach of the Meyler Campbell Mastered Programme, among other coaching accreditations.
