Angelika Reich joins the Vienna office as a member of the firm’s Leadership Advisory Services

VIENNA, September 15, 2025 — Spencer Stuart today announced that Angelika Reich has joined the firm’s Leadership Advisory Services. As a leadership advisor serving financial and technology and telecommunication clients, Reich will help leaders and boards maximize their impact and drive performance. She is particularly adept at connecting strategy with people and organizational decisions to ensure leadership, talent and structures are aligned for measurable outcomes within the companies she serves.

Reich has a strong professional background, most recently as an entrepreneur who started her own healthcare company in the field of regenerative medicine. Prior to that, she was a partner at McKinsey & Company supporting leaders across industries. She also has a strong academic foundation—Reich earned a diploma in psychology as well as a Ph.D. in human biology from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München—which shapes and informs how she thinks about leadership, culture and performance. She has been published numerous times.
