He started his career at Spencer Stuart as a functional expert in the supply chain space in the Italian office to then expand his scope across the Europe region moving to the Brussels office. This functional foundation allowed him to build solid relationships and market knowledge across all industries and to develop broader leadership advisory experience. Pietro is a warm, resilient, solution-oriented individual who thrives with clients who appreciate an open, direct and transparent communication based on trust and partnership.
