- Before joining Spencer Stuart, Pedro was with Sulzer, the Swiss fluid engineering company, where he held senior roles at the group and business unit levels in general management, transformation/performance improvement, and strategy and business development.
- Earlier in his career, Pedro was an associate partner at McKinsey & Company, where he was a core member of the global energy and materials practice. He advised clients on topics including strategy, M&A and merger management, and large investment projects.
- Pedro began his professional journey at IBM, where he co-authored several patents in sensor networks and wireless communications and earned a doctorate in engineering sponsored by IBM Research.
He holds a Master of Science degree in computer and communication sciences from École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) and a PhD in electrical engineering from ETH Zurich. Pedro is bilingual in French and Spanish, fluent in English, and has intermediate proficiency in German.
