- Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Pedro was a member of Sulzer’s management group, where he held senior roles at the group and business unit levels in transformation/performance improvement, strategy and business development, and general management.
- Previously, Pedro was an associate partner with McKinsey & Company, and a core member of the firm’s global energy and materials practice. His client work covered topics such as strategy & corporate finance, merger management, management of large investment projects, and operations.
- Pedro began his career at IBM Research in Zurich, where he co-authored several patents in the field of sensor networks and wireless communications.
Pedro earned a Master of Science degree in computer and communication sciences from École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) and a PhD in electrical engineering from ETH Zurich. He is bilingual in French and Spanish, speaks fluent English, and intermediate German.
