Maina Sahi is a consultant in the London office of Spencer Stuart. With over a decade consulting with global organisations, investors and governments, in developed and emerging markets across sectors, Maina brings her diverse breadth of experience to the leadership needs of her clients.

  • Prior to Spencer Stuart, Maina was director of strategy for healthcare and education covering Africa and South Asia at CDC Group, the UK government’s development finance institute (now known as British International Investment) and previously at Boston Consulting Group and Parthenon, she was a key member of the firms’ healthcare, education and social impact practices, having worked with them in multiple countries.

Maina received her MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where she remains a board member on the school’s UK alumni club. She received her Bachelors in Management Studies with a major in Econometrics from the University of Mumbai. She is fluent in English and Hindi.
