As an industry leader in nonprofit board and executive transition management, Kristine has built a reputation for providing trusted advice and guidance to clients across all education, nonprofit and government sectors and executive functional areas.

  • Advising academic and nonprofit institutions and their boards on leadership transitions
  • Leading CEO succession planning and leadership development strategies for major nonprofit organizations, including The Academy of Motion Pictures, World Vision International and the Broad Stage
  • Working with foundations and other nonprofits to recruit and assess functional leaders, including communications, finance, HR and other executives at institutions such as The Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, Chicago Symphony Orchestra, the Ford Foundation and UCLA
  • Guiding nonprofit boards on governance best practices in all areas, including diversity, equity and inclusion
