As a senior member of the firm’s Education & Social Impact Practice, Kristine leads the practice on the West Coast while serving clients globally. She also serves as the firm’s market leader in the West. For more than two decades Kristine has partnered with boards and senior leadership teams on CEO and C-suite searches, leadership succession, and organizational strategy. Her work spans education, nonprofit and mission-driven organizations, as well as select corporate and foundation clients navigating complex governance and leadership transitions.
Kristine is known for her ability to translate strategic priorities into compelling leadership profiles and to guide stakeholders through high-stakes, often sensitive processes with clarity and discretion. She brings a disciplined yet pragmatic approach to assessing leadership capability, with a focus on long-term impact, organizational fit and inclusive decision-making.
