An expert in organizational culture and talent, Jesse leads consulting teams that implement large-scale organizational change programs for companies across industries. His most recent clients have included some of the world’s leading retail, pharmaceutical, technology and consumer products companies.

Expertise in managing organizational change

  • As managing partner and founder of Reya Group, which was acquired by Spencer Stuart in 2014, Jesse has advised senior leaders across a number of sectors, including consumer, transportation, technology, pharmaceutical and government organizations around the world.
  • In addition to founding Reya Group, Jesse co-founded a cloud software startup, a brand and design solutions firm, as well as a chain of modern design furniture stores. He has held numerous advisory roles throughout his career, including brand and workplace consultant for top global companies.
  • Early in his career, Jesse served as provost of an American university in China, where he built the institution’s international accreditation strategy; today, the university has more than 30,000 students enrolled.

Jesse is originally from the Northwest and is currently based in New York, but lived and worked in Asia from 1999 to 2014. He graduated from Pepperdine University with a B.S. in international business and speaks English and Mandarin.
