An expert in organizational design and transformation, Jeremiah Lee specializes in providing leadership advisory, executive assessment and organizational culture assessment services to clients across industries and geographies. As a founding partner of the Reya Group, which was acquired recently by Spencer Stuart, Jeremiah brings extensive expertise in the design of organizational models and assessments, and psychometric and leadership assessments.

  • Jeremiah is the creator of multiple organizational change instruments and has led numerous long-term research and development projects, and managed large-scale organizational transformation programs. He has worked with clients throughout Asia Pacific, North America and Europe.
  • He is experienced solving highly complex change problems, integrating diverse methodological approaches and applying “systems thinking” to social dynamics. Throughout his career, he has advised global CEOs and regional managers on organizational design, development and innovation challenges. He has also published various thought leadership pieces on organizational behavior and design.
  • After founding Reya Group, Jeremiah co-founded Ajinga, a technology startup based in Shanghai, and currently serves on its board. Earlier in his career, he served as the regional director of ideation at Haworth.

Originally from the United States, Jeremiah has lived and worked in Asia for the last 10 years. He earned a B.F.A. in computer graphics and interactive media with highest honors from Pratt Institute.
