He brings more than 15 years of extensive experience advising and partnering with executives across industries to deliver business growth through leadership solutions.
Deep expertise on aligning leadership and organizational culture to strategy
Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Ed was a principal and vice president of business development for an international executive search firm. He also served on the firm’s executive management team and advised clients on improving top team and organizational performance as a certified executive facilitator and organizational culture consultant.
As a management consultant in PwC Advisory’s mergers and acquisitions practice, Ed advised C-level executives on various aspects of the integration process, including talent development, culture alignment and employee engagement.
Earlier, Ed worked with a leadership consulting firm in a number of operating and client service roles, focusing on improving client outcomes in large-scale change programs and expanding the firm’s capabilities and service offerings. He began his career as a communications executive in the entertainment industry.
Ed earned a bachelor’s degree with honors in communications media from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from the University of Southern California, where he co-authored the thesis: “Leading from the Inside-Out: How Great Leaders Catalyze Performance through Communication.” As a USC international fellow, he earned a certificate on business in the European Union from WHU - Otto Beisheim Graduate School of Management. He also speaks fluent German.
