Trained as a sociologist and accredited in systemic team and board coaching, he has coached more than 50 executive teams to strengthen alignment, accelerate strategic execution and improve organizational performance.

- Earlier in his career, he was a partner at a boutique management consulting firm and managing director of its Belgian operations. In that role, he served as a trusted advisor to leadership teams across Europe, the United States and India, focusing on leadership development, team effectiveness and organizational transformation.
Dimitri holds a Master of Arts in political and social sciences from Vrije Universiteit Brussel and a Master of Arts in general management from Ghent University. He also completed executive education programs at MIT in strategic innovation and big data and social analytics. He is trained in systemic team coaching through J.A. Malarewicz and the Manfred Kets de Vries Institute and is accredited by Henley Business School as an EMCC senior practitioner. Dimitri is fluent in Dutch, English and French and has a working knowledge of Spanish.
