She has partnered with dozens of organizations, ranging from privately held to Fortune 100 companies and spanning various industries, including consumer, technology, media and telecom, industrial, medtech and financial services.
  • Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Dan was an HR business partner at Molson Coors, where she supported the sales organization of the U.S. business unit on its full range of talent and organization issues.
  • Previously, Dan was a project leader for Boston Consulting Group, where she partnered with multinational clients on a range of corporate strategy and people & organizational initiatives.
  • Dan began her career at the Monetary Authority of Singapore, the country’s central bank and financial regulator, where she was responsible for advancing initiatives focused on multilateral economic cooperation and development.

Dan is a graduate of Princeton University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in international and public affairs. She also received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
