Mary Margaret has partnered with dozens of organizations to facilitate C-suite succession planning, ranging from family-owned businesses to multi-national organizations.
Due to her experience leading top team workshops and her deep assessment expertise, she is often enlisted to work alongside CEOs and CHROs as they build and strengthen their leadership teams.
Before joining Spencer Stuart, Mary Margaret developed the employee engagement strategy and led several global training programs at Levi Strauss & Co.
While completing her doctorate, she worked in talent management roles at multiple Fortune 500 companies, including Kellogg Company, Johnson & Johnson and Procter & Gamble.
Mary Margaret holds M.A. and Ph.D. degrees in industrial and organizational psychology from The University of Akron. She also earned a B.S. cum laude in business administration from Washington & Lee University.
