Katherine White is the chief talent officer of Spencer Stuart and is based in the firm’s London office. She is responsible for leading the firm’s global talent strategy, including talent recruitment, engagement and development.
She earned her MBA with a concentration in finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business with high honours. She graduated with a degree in engineering from Magdalene College, Cambridge, and also holds a diploma in organizational behavior from Birkbeck College at the University of London.
