Katarina Huber is a member of Spencer Stuart’s Leadership Advisory Services practice in EMEA. A Zurich-based consultant known as a well-respected collaborator and connector of people, she brings a creative, innovative mindset to work that focuses on leadership consulting and CEO succession planning. Katarina brings more than 15 years of experience in executive coaching and leadership development, including succession and culture change programs for top executives.

Global executive leadership development

  • Katarina brings many years of experience as a leader in learning and development (L&D), executive development, and executive coaching across the C-suite in industries including education, media, retail, financial services and fast-moving consumer goods.
  • Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Katarina was the global leader of executive development at Zurich Insurance, Ltd. and Amcor Group GmbH. Prior to that, she was an L&D leader for KMPG AG and Espirit Europe GmbH.
  • She was the recipient of the 2020 CLO Learning Elite Bronze Award and the 2019 Brandon Hall Gold Award Best Advance in Leadership Development.

Katarina has an M.A. in English language and literature, political science and educational psychology (magna cum laude) from the University of Zurich, and an executive master in human resource management (summa cum laude) from the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland. She has a variety of professional certifications, including LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, MBTI 1&2, Hogan and OPQ.
