CIO 2.0: Defining and developing tomorrow’s IT leaders

As their roles have increased in complexity and visibility, chief information officers have evolved from pure technologists to key business strategists whose influence extends throughout the business. In this study, chief information officers discuss their own careers, the evolution of the CIO role, the key competencies CIOs of the future will need and what today’s CIOs should be doing to ensure that their organizations will have the talent they need for the future.
