Patrick Rose is the leader of the firm's Industrial and Industrial Services practices in the U.K. where he focuses on the manufacturing/process industry, aerospace, as well as the supply chain function. He has led successful local and global searches for international companies as well as for private equity backed and other medium-sized enterprises across Europe.
Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Patrick spent 19 years with ICI, where he held management positions in sales, marketing, purchasing, logistics and new venture management in North America, the United Kingdom and Continental Europe. In addition to this work, Patrick was closely involved with ICI's recruitment and career development process as a business manager.
Patrick is based in Spencer Stuart’s Leeds office.
