Rudolf Mayer Singule leads Spencer Stuart's Industrial and Life Sciences practice efforts in Brazil. He has been involved in major assignments for manufacturing positions and has conducted numerous searches for German companies in Brazil.
Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Rudolf worked from 1987 to 1993 for the Gerdau Steel Group in general management functions in planning and sales, ultimately assuming the position of director of the agricultural products business unit.
He previously worked for 17 years at Hoechst both in Brazil and Germany, where he developed a career in staff and marketing and sales positions. His final position at Hoechst was that of director of the technical and chemical products department.
Rudolf graduated with a chemical engineering degree from the University of Sao Paulo and received his post graduate degree in business administration from Fundacao Getulio Vargas.
Rudolf is fluent in German and English.
