Henri de Pitray is a member of Spencer Stuart's Paris office and co-leads our European Board Services Practice. He was elected to Spencer Stuart's board of directors in May 2001.
Henri's practice focuses on board-level searches across a large variety of sectors for major French and international groups.
Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Henri spent nine years with another major international search firm, where he was a worldwide board member and chairman of the European region. He also served as the dean of a French business school, and was the vice president of international development of Sodexho, a service and catering company, as well as CEO of the leading French trading company in Asia.
A graduate from École Supérieure de Commerce de Paris, Henri is fluent in both French and English.
