Jean-Pierre Catu is a member of Spencer Stuart's Industrial and Human Resources practices and leads the Industrial Practice and the Human Resources Practice in Paris.
Prior to joining Spencer Stuart in 1995, Jean-Pierre began his executive search career in 1988 with another international executive search firm. His executive search focus is on senior general management positions in manufacturing and industrial services companies. His professional work is almost entirely cross-border.
Prior to entering executive search, Jean-Pierre worked for seven years in human resources management for a French company, and then for a U.S. industrial company. He then served seven years as CEO of a leading medium-sized firm that manufactured equipment for high voltage installations.
Jean-Pierre is a graduate of the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris and holds a Master’s degree in Law.
