Roger Rytz is a member of Spencer Stuart's Board Services; Technology, Communications & Media and Life Sciences practices. Board assignments include appointments and consulting.
Many of his clients are in technology and research-based industries, such as high technology and pharmaceuticals, where he specializes in international searches. He also has specific experience in industrial goods marketing, research and development, finance and controlling, IT management and human resources management.
Roger previously spent eight years as a management consultant with McKinsey & Co. in Zurich working for national and international clients in industry, banking and insurance. Later, he became group general manager, marketing and technique, of SIHI International AG, an international pump manufacturer.
He joined Spencer Stuart in 1981 and has been managing director of the Zurich office since 1989.
Roger holds a degree in electrical engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, Zurich, and received a Ph.D. in operations research. He speaks English, German, French and Italian.
