Jun-ichiro Tsuji is a member of Spencer Stuart's global Financial Services Practice, with a focus on securities and wholesale banking, and the Legal Search Practice. He joined the firm in 1993 and led the Asia Pacific Financial Services Practice team through 2000. He also is active in recruiting for consumer products and professional services companies. In addition, he serves the executive recruitment needs of Japanese multinationals by extending and coordinating the firm's global resources.
Before joining Spencer Stuart, Jun-ichiro spent six years as a partner in the Tokyo office of another leading international search firm, where he led the financial services practice. Prior to that, he worked for nearly 20 years with Nomura Securities Co., Ltd., where he was involved in international and domestic corporate finance, corporate planning and treasury.
Jun-ichiro graduated from University of Tokyo with a B.A. and was awarded a two-year research fellowship at the London School of Economics.
