Kelley Brack, based in Los Angeles, is a member of Spencer Stuart's Private Equity, Financial Officer and Board Services practices. She specializes in senior-level private equity assignments for board director, CEO, CFO, investment professional, operating partner, senior advisor and “backable CEO” roles.
Kelley brings more than 14 years of executive search experience to her position. Before joining Spencer Stuart, she co-founded and led the global private equity practice of another major executive search firm. Over her career, she has conducted numerous CEO, CFO, division head, partner and board director searches for top-tier private equity clients such as Apollo Global Management, Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co., The Blackstone Group, Goldman Sachs Principal Investment Area (PIA), Ares Management, New Mountain Capital, Gores Group, Golden Gate Capital, Aurora Capital Partners, Bain Capital, Oaktree Capital, Thomas H. Lee and GSO Capital.
As a functional expert, Kelley has conducted board director and CFO searches for a wide range of corporate and private equity clients across the industrial, specialty chemicals, energy, business services, healthcare, consumer products, logistics and distribution, entertainment, technology services, insurance, hospitality and leisure, medical instrumentation, biotechnology, real estate and retail industries.
Prior to her career in executive search, Kelley worked in commercial real estate with Grubb & Ellis Company. She holds a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of California, Los Angeles.
