Flavio Siniscalchi is a consultant in Spencer Stuart’s São Paulo office and is a member of the firm’s Industrial Practice.
Flavio brings to the firm 28 years of experience working for multinational corporations in Brazil, the U.S., Argentina and Chile. Within his various roles, he led corporate affairs, organizational development and human resources initiatives as well as business development, strategic and marketing planning and engineering and product development. Specifically, as executive director and adviser to the CEO, Flavio was responsible for organizational development projects for Brascan Brazil and Latin America. He also had a long tenure with Praxair, where he served as director and manager for 19 years in Brazil and four years in the U.S.
Flavio is a co-author of the book Corporate Pedagogy: human factors in corporations. He is a mechanical engineer from Universidade Federal Fluminense, and undertook further studies in economics at COPPEAD/Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro, business strategy at Columbia University and product development at Texas University. Flavio is also a Project Champion and Green Belt from the Six Sigma Academy.
