Erin Hamrick is a consultant in the Philadelphia office of Spencer Stuart and a member of the firm’s Financial Services Practice. Focusing on the insurance sector, Erin has conducted a broad range of CEO and senior-level searches for insurance companies and private equity firms with interests in financial services.
Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Erin was with another leading international search firm, where she was a member of the insurance practice and the technology and operations practice. She also took a year sabbatical to work for the Department of Defense, where she joined in efforts to rebuild infrastructure in Iraq. Before entering search, Erin spent her career in the insurance industry in both line and staff positions specifically at The Hartford Insurance Group and at the brokerage firm, Hamilton, Dorsey, Alston.
Erin is a graduate of Villanova University and has her CLU certification. She lives in Princeton, New Jersey, with her husband, Mark, and daughter, Katie. Erin is currently on the Board of Directors for Sustainable Lawrence promoting an ‘eco-municipality’ in Lawrence Township while also being active in local land and building preservation initiatives.
