Sarah Lim is a member of Spencer Stuart's Consumer Goods & Services Practice. In addition to recruiting chief executives and board directors for leading businesses in the retail and consumer goods sectors, she takes a lead role in driving procurement and supply chain search activities for the firm globally.
Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Sarah headed the U.K. retail and consumer practice and led the global supply chain practice at another international executive search firm. For nearly three years, she conducted searches both publicly quoted and private equity backed global businesses in the retail and consumer industries. Before her career in search, Sarah was a senior procurement executive for Celltech Therapeutics, where she was responsible for procurement for R&D, large capital and IT programmes in the U.K. and U.S. Prior to this, Sarah spent three years as buyer for Racal-Chubb Group.
Sarah has an M.B.A. from Henley Management College and a post-graduate diploma in purchasing and supply. Sarah is a past CIPS Council member, a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply and an editorial board member for Supply Management magazine.
