Duncan Reed is a member of the Board Services Practice in Europe, advising and consulting for boards of major public and private companies. He specialises in the recruitment of chairmen and non-executive directors for companies in the industrial, consumer and services sectors.
Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Duncan was a consultant with a major international search firm, where he had concentrated on board work. He also served as an associate partner in a leading board search firm in the U.K.
His early career was in politics and communications, with the Conservative Party. He is a graduate in classics from Jesus College, Cambridge.
