Maghandi Suárez is a consultant in Spencer Stuart’s Mexico City office, where he conducts assignments within the firm’s Technology, Communications & Media Practice as well as the Information Officer Practice.
During his 20 years of operating experience, Maghandi has developed a wide network of chief information officers in Latin America. His experience within the information technology space spans Mexico and Latin America, most recently having served as Latin America sales vice president for Gartner as well as a trusted advisor to the most influential CIOs in Mexico. Prior to Gartner, Maghandi worked for PeopleSoft and Informix Software, where he was responsible for selling and positioning products and consulting services to most of the largest Mexican conglomerates, global companies and the federal government.
Maghandi is also a member of influential IT organizations and a board member for Procesar, S.A. (data management for the Mexican Pension Fund System). Maghandi received his M.B.A. from the Instituto Panamericano de Alta Direccion de Empresa (IPADE) and his B.S. in Industrial engineering at Iberoamericana University. He is fluent in English and has a strong working knowledge of Portuguese.
